Wisata ini berada di Jalan Jendral Sudirman, Ganjar Agung 14/2, Metro Barat, Kota Metro, Lampung. Di sini terdapat beberapa wahana yang seru dan asik, yaitu kolam renang, waterboom, pondok santap dan panggung hiburan. Letak Palem Indah sangat strategis di depan jalan besar dan tempatnya tertata.
Di sini terdapat fasilitas yang bisa digunakan, yaitu tempat parkir, kamar mandi, kantin, tenda berteduh, balon pelampung, kereta mainan, saung dan masjid. Namun untuk balon pelampung, kereta mainan dan saung jika ingin menggunakannya akan dikenakan biaya. Untuk harga balon pelampung berkisar Rp15.000 hingga Rp30.000. Harga untuk menaiki kereta mainan kurang lebih Rp10.000. Dan untuk saung, orang biasanya menyewa atau booking, sistem pembayarannya sesuai kesepakatan dari dua belah pihak.
Harga tiket masuk ke tempat ini berbeda dengan hari-hari biasa. Jika hari Senin sampai Jumat atau tidak terlalu ramai harga tiketnya Rp20.000 per orang. Namun untuk hari Sabtu dan Minggu atau saat ramai harga tiketnya Rp25.000 per orang dan di hari ini terkadang mendapatkan bonus 1 teh kotak untuk satu tiket.
